I want to try this smoothie!
This smoothie is one of my favorite go-to breakfast or snack foods. It’s healthy, filling and super delicious. It’s a homemade spin-off of my favorite smoothie from Planet Smoothie, Java the Nut. If you love smoothies as much as I do, buying one or two smoothies everyday from places like Planet Smoothie or Smoothie King can really begin to add up. The ingredients that go into these smoothies are super cheap and easily affordable for any budget. Most people usually have peanut butter and coffee around the house at all times, so all you have to do is go to the store and get some bananas and cocoa powder, then mix them together in a blender, and viola!
1 1/2 ripe frozen bananas
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 medium sized cold cup of coffee (I use Seattle’s best Toasted Hazelnut, but any flavor or type will be suitable)
